Please join me for the opening of my SALA exhibition My Pet Robot, featuring recent drawings on paper and an interactive drawing installation. Thanks to Goodwood Theatre and Studios.
My Pet Robot explores interactive drawing exposing pre-historic evidence of impending robot armies that never eventuate. Exploring what it means to draw and how movement combined with systems of chance can be used to generate novel animations of lines originally drawn using a mouse, amplifying and celebrating the artist's uncontrollable tremors. A dream of robots for when all else is gone.
Exhibition continues 1-31 August, 11am-2pm Mon, Wed, Fri, and when theatre open.
